I trusted Wal Mart to use verified sellers and bought the Google Nest thru the walmart website. Nowhere on the description did it read that the item was refurbished. I have scoured and scoured the description and don't see it. The item that was sent to me was in a junky box and clearly used. On the box it reads that it is refurbished. Item is going back. False advertisement.
