I ordered the metal black new laptop Microsoft Surface 13.5 but got something completely opposite. During the package arrival, I received scratched,damged , used, and a different color laptop-silver. I have returned the damaged and used product on time( September 13th,2025) in person at Walmart store but still haven't received my credited money. If you don't return my money back, I will put put to media.
