I placed an order in December. Received wrong items. Returned and got refund via Walmart. Same day, I placed another order for the identical items. I need them. Received order today and I can't believe it - they again sent the wrong items! Once is a mistake; twice is poor business and "I don't care." And, each order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, causing me to miss their intended purpose, not once, but now twice! I've spent 6 weeks on this order and still don't have the correct items I ordered. I give up. I will never buy from this vendor/seller again. I also want to say that Walmart service reps were gracious, professional, skilled and attempted to help me. It is not Walmart; it is this Seller who seems to not care at all.

Fantastic service. Our order of two Zack! 12oz tumblers arrived poorly packed and the lid was chipped in transit. I contacted the vendor, LVK Deals, Inc, and requested a replacement lid rather than returning it. They shipped a complete replacement tumbler. Quality service, above and beyond.

BUYER BEWARE They sell fake items and mislabel them to deceive customers. They also sell drop shipped fakes out of their retail location as well. Do not purchase from them.
