This is my favorite coffee mug. I'm a teacher so busy 5 am mornings result make me value a well insulated cup and a secured lid. I am so weirdly in love with the Zak mug. This is my 3rd one and all 3 are in steady rotation. I bought 2 of these to gift one to my colleague who also loves them. The color is so great. It's a soothing and versatile purple mauve without being muddy. This was a lovely gift to myself and colleague!!

Really like the Zack! 12oz tumblers, but the tumbler arrived damaged with a chipped lid. It had been poorly packed with the tumblers barely fitting and then the box was beat up. I contacted the vendor, LVK Deals, Inc, and requested a replacement lid only. They replied that they will ship a complete replacement tumbler, which I appreciated, however, a month later it has not arrived.
