UPS was advertised as 5.7” tall. UPS that we received is 9.5” tall. It is too tall to fit in our cabinet. Sent seller 5 emails requesting information/advise and never (as of today) received a reply.

They were fine, although I feel deceived with how the unit was portrayed. I thought it would fit where the old standard wall heater went. Stupid. I want my money back, but I'm keeping the heater. I did too much work installing it.
