No response to my complaint of missing parts chain.

The contact number is a phone number in China. And the seller does not response to any inquiry made through Contact Business on Walmart.com on the length of the manufacture warranty on the product I purchased. I even chatted with a Walmart service agent online and she said she sent an email to the seller. I've never got any response, neither from the seller nor Walmart.

I received my within days after I purchased it. The description of the item was accurate.

string does not cut continually flops around has decent power the lawnmower function is useless unless its for a very tiny area hard to get the replacement spools

I have bought many pressure washers, and so far this is the best one yet, very good quality and price and it does the job

There was no second pole a shown in picture description. Remove second pole from description or ship second pole with other items
