Product was damaged. Just one specific piece. The railing for the top bunk. They were not able to replace the piece that was damaged. We are going to have to figure out how to fix it so my grandson can be safe.

This bed is very cute my granddaughter loves the lights and usb port the drawers underneath are very useful. I would buy again.

The folding table is as described. I followed the directions and no issue until putting door on along with the drawer. The predrilled holes did not work so I had to take apart some pieces in order to drill new holes. Even though it was a bit difficult to put together, I use it more than I thought. I love it!

when I explained the pad was not three inches per their information, they asked for pictures using specific measuring tools. when I was able to send an acceptable picture that proved this was not three inches, the seller offered me a $3 coupon for my next order. they didn't offer to fix the problem, they didn't offer to send me the corrected pad, they didn't offer my money back, they offered a coupon as if I was coming back. which I responded that I would not be coming back and spending more money when I can't even trust them.
