poor quality materials, thought it would be more durable. set timer on 18 minutes and got hard to peel soft yoke eggs

Item was broken when received. It was obviously a returned item without being disclosed as such on the website. Bad communication, bad fulfillment! Walmart did a good job of refund and item return process. Will not use Cachoo again!

I had no issues. Received it when I was suppose to. My grandson loves it for his dorm use good item for the cost

It was described well. the product is what was described. but the user instructions are terrible. The user instructions need to be re written

Will Walmart vendor please send it to me❓❗️ This vendor packed the box well and nothing was damaged inside, except I am 😬missing this particular part of the CACHOO Electric egg cooker because I like scrambled eggs and omelettes❗️ Thank you. 🙏

All great as far as I am concerned. The product arrived on time, packed well, no damage. I followed the instructions to clean it before the first use and have been using it since.
