NIB. Has a reverse feature to blow out the dust bunnies. Instructions are to reverse weekly. Awesome hairdryer. Digital Cool, 140, 190, 250 Temperature. Fan speed is slow to wind tunnel. :) Has a cool down setting as well. Leave the instructions w/ the dryer so you remember how to reverse the fan. Highly recommended over the cheap plastic ones.
