Well, the machine arrived in good time, was extremely well packaged, and getting it ready to use was easy. I actually received two but only ordered one. I called to explain I had one too many and needed to return one. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been any nicer. He told me that sort of thing happened occasionally, but it wasn’t necessary to return the extra one. I was astounded but once he assured me I would only be charged for one, I was happy. You can’t beat that with a stick!
