I assembled the one that I got and when I tried to place it on my old bedframe, it was a little wider than the frame by about an inch wider, so I had to order a new order a new bedframe which I am going to have to assemble.

I sent a message in regards to needing to return the item and they have not responded. I tried taking the item to Walmart to return and they said I can only go through the seller. It’s upsetting due to the cost of the item.

I am returning the Arctus mattress topper!! Entirely too firm and unlike other memory foam products I have tested, it took entirely too long to confirm to my body weight/ shape. Next morning I found myself in a deep hole where the memory foam topper finally confirmed to me. I hate this thing and I am returning it to the company ASAP!!!
