Box was missing the sensor pads and came with wrong instructions. Customer service site says to reach out to them for missing parts. Their response is they cant service missing parts parts. Horrible quality control and equally horrible customer service. Repulsive company for not backing its products, especially on obvious holiday kids toy purchases

The scooter will not turn on.It will not charge up.It has been used before you can tell it.It don't even have turn on it does not even have the sticky plastic on thespeed diameter, it has been used before.You could tell the chargers been used.No telling how long.
