Out of the 5 that I ordered only 2 of them will take a charge! Had to send them back and Walmart was very helpful on the returns. I just wish they would check them before they send them out! The ones that took a charge work really well.

Very dissatisfied customer!

The Scooter was not working when it arrived. I contacted the seller to advise him of the issue. He offered to send another replacement but i was unsure if the one that he send would have some type of defect also so i declined and told him i rather send it back and i turned the scooter in to Walmart to be shipped back to the seller which was a third party Marketplace seller and for two weeks a had to fight between the seller and Walmart to receive a refund which was a losing battle. Finally i had to dispute it with my bank after showing proof i turned it in to Walmart to be refunded and that will take probably 10 more days.
