the manual does not mention oiling the chainsaw although a small, empty oil container was provided (empty).

I bought it and used it only once. The next time I wanted to use it, it no longer worked, the chain came loose. I was struggling. I went to Walmart and the manager was very bad and told me that the time had passed and that I couldn't return it. It was of poor quality and it was a bad experience.

Product listing was good or matched as described, I received product in good packaging.

The delivery was delayed, but no problem because we had two hurricanes and the temperatures were in the 90’s

They were very on point, easily understandable, and right on time for delivery!
