They send their damage stock to online orders then ask for proof of damage then deny claim based on weak return policy will never buy again from them or through Walmart. Very poor customer service care and support. What would Todd think I wonder?

I never received my order to my door, near my door, or my apartment. I notified Walmart and they stated that they would notify McFarlane Collectors Club. Apparently, there is a missing email from this company asking me to verify my address, to which I did today after the second notification of non-delivery. The following email from this company stated, "Thank you for providing that information. That is the address we shipped to. Your order has been fulfilled. If you believe it was misdelivered/stolen/lost, we would suggest contacting Walmart Customer Service. Their shipping labels come with protection that may be considered in your situation. Thank you". So now McFarlane Collectors Club Inc and Walmart want me to play this back-and-forth game to see who is responsible for the non-delivery of what I paid for.

The item arrived damaged, and the seller asked me to pay for the return shipping cost. They refused to provide a prepaid return label. Very bad service. I will not purchase from them again.

Won't allow returns to wal mart and charges a restocking fee. Never again.

Great seller! Only thing I wish they'd do is include the scratch off points cards like they do whe you order from their official site. But secure shipping and exclusive figures are a definite plus.
