Non-delivered order/no refund

I would rate it better if it had even been delivered, however, it was not delivered to the proper address and now both Walmart and McFarlane Toys won't to take responsibility for it. They are both telling me to reach out to the other and I have, twice now, but Walmart has now taken away the option to contact them in regard to this order and McFarlane Toys are no longer responding. So basically, I just donated money to them without the product in return and neither company taking responsibility for the order not being delivered to my door, or even near my door. This review could change based on any further response from either company.
