I will never purchase ANYTHING from this seller. My package arrived in a parcel envelope that appeared to be sealed. However, the item box itself inside the envelope was damaged, opened and had accessories missing .

Shipping and handling was reasonable. Because of the my concern about the product being a knock-off, I will not buy from this seller again.

There was a problem with the first delivery and they sent a replacement right away.

My order is damaged bix and diapers inside were opened and missing. Overall, the amount purchased was wrong as well. returned item and seller details were incorrect during contact.

This arrived in the original box but was missing the floor and 1 wall and the hooks that hold the curtains down were broken right off. I didn't think this was a used item but maybe I missed something. Thankfully, the walmart customer service rep was amazing and i was issued a refund. Unfortunately, my daughters birthday is tomorrow and this was the big gift. I left it in the box to set up the night before so she could be surprised.

They sent us diapers in a box that had clearly been opened and retaped. The inside plastic had been opened also and diapers were missing. We are returning. I hope they don’t just ship it out to someone else.
