Had to return JBL Clip 5 it stopped working after about a month and some things seemed “off” about it quality wise then the JBL app on phone flagged it as a counterfeit and would not connect to it. I’ve had many JBL products and I simply feel this was not legit product. Walmart refunded me though not sure if it was the 3rd party seller in this case Towers Distributors or if they themselves got scammed or something just be vigilant. Normally I try not to use 3rd party sellers for this reason I was just in rush when bought. I try to stick to main dealers or JBL themselves…lesson learned to take my time.

I ordered a JBL Clip 5 and received a counterfeit product which looks exactly like the original. It's didn't connect to the jbl android app and was marked as counterfeit.

Ship was quick, but I was shipped a unit with a compromised battery life. Dead after less than half of the advertised amount of time. 2.5/3 hours tops on normal mode. Clip 4 had a MUCH better battery life. Some of these units need to be drained and recharged a handful of times before the battery gets to its ideal optimization. I’ve drained and fully charged the battery five times now and the longest it has lasted is 3 hours. Can’t figure out how to contact the seller through here, so I’m leaving this review.

They did not meet their delivery commitment and did not communicate with me. I had to get Walmart CS involved to help me. Very disappointed with the seller and their lack of assistance.

this is the second JBL clip I've bought. the first one's arm clip part broke of while I was riding my bike. so the second one I bought is doing the same thing. please fix this problem and replace the one that's starting to separate unit from the arm cli
