The seller is new for me. I am very pleased with this product. It clearly shows that it has cleaned my front load washer by the residue I have wiped out of the washer. I have used it 2-3 times in a row because I had never cleaned my washer. I was impressed. Now I use it as directed by the seller and my washer remains clean and odor free.
