Hello. We purchased a Mr Coffee Programable 12 cup coffee pot thru you, fulfilled by Walmart in October 2024. This past weekend we noticed the burner does not shut off, and it will not program to turn on. We manually need to unplug and plug in when using the machine to make coffee, Can you help us? I cannot return to walmart, past the 3 months I guess. My name is Patricia Kuhn, 32500 County Rd32, Fleming Colorado. As I said earlier, we just purchased this machine in October of last year.
