Arrived when I was told it was going to arrive. It was all squished but didn't take long at all for it to become usable. It is wonderful.

Game changer and good investment for post foot/heel surgery and a most to make sure it remains elevated throughout the recovery period. I am still using mine after 4 weeks. My recovery will take about 5 to 6 weeks since it was major surgery and I must say that I'm very glad I decided to go with this one. I must point out that I did not think to try other positioning options since I was more concerned and focused on my recovery. But I wish I would've tried them before to see if the other options worked or not in my particular situation. So my recommendation is to immediately after surgery, or in any other case, to check out the images with the different options and to see what works. I do like that it is soft enough and cool enough to make the recovery process more comfortable. At the same time, it is firm enough to maintain my leg, knee and foot lifted off the bed which definitely helps with the swelling. Pockets on both sides where I keep the remote and anything else I need to keep within reach. The material is super soft and washable, which is convenient. All in all, I definitely recommend it!
