All I can say about the seller is that they did send me the item i purchased, minus assembly instructions (I have a lot of experience putting these kinds of things together so it was pretty simple) I didn't try communicating so i cant review anything else. the ad for the chair seems slightly embellished but overall its not worth trying to return it.
