The napkins were described as being a winter holiday pattern, which was untrue. They were just white. Now I have to get to fedex to return them which is no easy task. Especially because it's not my fault.

The product is as advertised. The seller kept me informed on status of receiving the product. I received the item in a well-packed container package and it was delivered without any spillage. The shipping and handling were perfect. I really like this “bulk” volume of Febreze antibacterial liquid. It’s more cost effective and less plastic bottle waste.

I ordered two of this product. I only received one. In a damaged box. I was told that I would hear from someone in 48 hours. That time has passed by several days. I have tried to contact someone about this again and still no reply. I am stuck now with one item because I don’t know where to return it at very poor customer service.
