This company is not interested in helping the customer with problems in the faulty items they mail you, thats if you can even get in touch with them! I would carefully consider selecting another vendor for your products through WalMart. Thankfully Walmart is standing behind this sale and this awful vendor will not recieve any of our money again.

Computer arrived ahead of time, but am unable to use. Windows is password protected with previous owners information and I now have to spend more money at a computer repair store to have the operating system reinstalled. I wish this information was relayed to me prior to purchase, I would have purchased somewhere else. This was a gift and a great disappointment to the receiver who was excited about this product and could not use it.
