We've had it less than a month. It was a gift for my grandsons and it stopped working. I've tried to get someone to help me and Walmart said it was from a third party and I will need to contact them even though I purchased a warranty along with the PC. I have yet heard from anyone to get a refund or get replaced. It's a scam
