I ordered a charger for a Lenovo N21 laptop and was sent a Lenovo charger for a desktop that was unusable. The shipping label says it was what I ordered so I feel like I can not return it for a refund. It is my word against theirs as to what was actually shipped. And it was dirty and very obvious it was well used. Very disappointed 😞

I purchased this for a Theatre Room projector setup. I had to sync the remote to the device first and after that, I was able to sign into the direct tv stream account and finish the setup and updates. The biggest bonus for me was that the direct tv stream box sits in an AV closet that’s behind the couches and projector and the remote still worked without any issue and the remote also synced up with the sound equipment and projector and that meant all the tv and associated equipment easily ran off one remote. Picture and sound quality is outstanding.
