Item was as described. Shipping was terrible. Only received 1 of 12 balls. Called Walmart and they were going to contact this company. I was supposed to hear from them in 48 hours. Never did. Eventually Walmart refunded the whole purchase minus the 1 ball I got.

If I was to return this item I would lose out on postage. The seller charged $7. For shipping my $11. For puffs. I will just buy them in the store from now on. They do what they have to do.

Hello anonymous! I totally understand your concern but we need to charge the shipping fees to be able to ship the items across the states. The shipping prices have been skyrocketing and if we start paying the shipping price for the items like this one (that's $11) we would have to pay the money out of our pockets. Hope you understand our situation as well. Our goal is to be able to ship the items throughout the states so that people who aren't able to go to the stores to get the products can get the items at their doorsteps.
