Great seller. Kept me updated and product arrived quickly.

Walmart was great. No delivery fee- yes! Arrived earlier than first suggested and it was easy to set up and works so nicely. Allergies already much better. Runs very quietly and instructions are helpful and easy to follow. Highly recommend.

The heater arrived on time with no damage. It isn't put into a separate box to keep the contents hidden, but I've never had a problem with that with anything that's shipped that way. Vornado Air hasn't stayed in business all these years by not being a good company to deal with on top of manufacturing quality items.

Shipping was horrible. Shipping label slapped right onto the box without any sort of extra box or anything over them to conceal what they were which, the week before Christmas, felt really careless.

Walmart always does a great job. Vornado is the one who didn’t supply enough information to make a good decision.

It is small and a perfect fit for our small family and room. Thank you.

Would love if Vornado valued quality like they did back in the day instead of selling overpriced junk.

Works as it should. Keeps the humidity up where you set it.

It appears the heater was shipped directly from the manufacturer/warehouse. Packaging was fine, shipping time was reasonable.
