I don't know who should take responsibility for this shipping problem, the Seller for not sufficiently packing the glass bottles with enough padding, or Fedex who made the delivery. But this is the second time I've received a shipment with one or more broken bottles, and the contents leaked out and broken glass shards and chips everywhere! This is a safety hazard!
