Wash clean (not soak) 4 or more leaves and tearing apart or,cut into small pieces. Boil 3 cups (20oz/600ml) of water and,put prepared leaves into boiling water. Do not cover.,Reduce heat & leave for 30 minutes untill the water,evaporates to 1 cup (7oz/200ml)
