The item was represented well on line but it never arrived even though I got an email saying it was delayed and then was delivered April 4th,2025. Checking with everyone around and searching everywhere it could not be found. Walmart was very kind to credit me a refund so I could repurchase the light fixture but it is now out of stock from Shipped Price which is a seller and shipper on Walmart website.

Hello anonymous! This is absolutely shameful. The customer ordered, we shipped immediately. The package was delivered and USPS confirmed the delivery but the customer can't find it so they leave negative feedback for the seller, is that fair? Basically we are the only party that has any loss. Walmart needs to stop this type of behavior and we all wonder why we have so many problems in society. We want to take care of every single customer we have but we don't want to be openly taken advantage of and then disrespected on top of that.

Hello aurora! Sorry for the inconvenience. However, to clear up what may look bad. The product was delivered complete, but the small sample shampoo and conditioner was dried out which unfortunately happens from time to time. Of course you have been refunded.
