I purchased this chair only four months ago, and the seam has already torn wide open. This isn’t normal wear and tear—it's a clear stitching and quality issue. For the price, I expected far better craftsmanship. What makes the situation worse is the customer service response. Despite the tear being along the seam (a manufacturing defect), they insisted it was “damage during usage” and refused to honor the warranty. Extremely disappointing. Overall, poor product quality paired with unhelpful support. I cannot recommend this chair or this company.

If the seller can get in contact with me to send better piece it can be better.

Came in fairly decent boxes but all pieces were there. Company has a very nice product and we look forward to using it on cooler days/nights

The seller made sure I knew when it was to arrive and all boxes were present and nicely/securely closed with no damage! Nice job!

Shipping was slightly delayed. Assembly will probably take longer than stated. A few insignificant dents in panels near corner. Otherwise the description is accurate, pricing is competitive, and product is well packaged.

The seller was responsive, and the product arrived on time, which we greatly appreciated. However, we were disappointed to learn that there's no option to replace just the sink; we would have to return the entire vanity set, which isn't practical. Furthermore, the delivery wasn't handled properly: I live on the first floor, so they left the package on the ground floor to avoid having to climb the stairs, and it was left at our neighbor's doorstep. This caused unnecessary inconvenience. We hope the seller can improve their return options and ensure better delivery coordination in the future.
