Important pieces missing or wrong size.
The couch doesn't stay in place an moves all the time. The piece the hold them together is the wrong size. Also, the part that is supposed to to hold the couch back is completely missing. It's a nice couch if that was fixed. It is a big deal because the couch/bed is constantly separating.
