I ordered item it didn’t work want to send back for refund, they first offered me 10% I said no, than 30% I too said no! Now 50% really I paid 100% I want the 100% back I ordered for a friend it’s her money but she doesn’t order much online as she’s older and is afraid to be scammed well I said I’d do it for her, now I understand why she won’t order online

ordered product paid twice as much as it was elsewhere and wound up waiting longer to receive ordered it from somewhere else wanted to return seller does not seem to want to honor the free returns policy. don't think you'll be getting this quick

The bike rack came in a thin plastic bag that had no protection, thus, the item was crook and cannot be used at arrival . I requested to refund and they said it is from China, international shipping is expensive. I said I would ship it back, then they offered some credit back. They do not want clients to return the item and their item is not intended to be used. Avoid this seller.

No problem with the product. Arrived in very good condition.

They probably made this item. They also shipped it. It arrived and it fit the railing. I was grateful

They seem like good quality exercise ropes but they are too short i cannot get what I need from them. If they were double the length then it would be good. The quality seems good though but not the length.

Ordered 2 universal road/mountain bike brake cables. Received 2 mountain only brake cables. Unfortunately these are for my road bike so useless.

When I wanted a refund, they offered me 30% luckily Walmart stepped in
