The customer service department of this company is excellent. They responded in a timely way and made every effort and did resolve my issue with a faulty battery. (I suspect that shipping lithium batteries in cold weather is not ideal.) Thank you to all the people who worked so well with me.

the battery is way larger than current sizes in the e-bike industry. yes and Walmart buy all the old technology to sell via 3rd party vendors who Walmart can't stop do junk flows at Walmart dot com hourly like black Friday garbage pail for sale

100% awesome, There's absolutely no issues wrong with the ebike battery at all. The only issue which is a major issue too me, Which is my own personal issue, That absolutely has nothing to do with this battery nor the seller, Is just the simple fact that I recently just found out an hour ago, That I made a mistake on purchasing this peticular ebike battery, Only because I thought it was an exact match too the original ebike battery that came with my brand new ebike too use as a spare 2nd battery after the 2 dual ebike battery connector that i ordered here off Walmart.com, Finally gets delivered so that I could hookup both batteries together in parallel resulting in a smoother rise with more range less power draw power loss ect. but alas this peticular ebike battery is just a tiny bit weaker than what i actually need for my ebike which is a 90lb heavy fast beast!!!! So I have no choice but too put it back in the box with the extra wire, %26 Go for a bike ride down to my local Walmart to return it too the customer service desk for a full refund, So that I can save the money from this battery, Too put with money when i get paid in less than 2 weeks, So I'll be able to order the $200.00 "48v 20Ah" ebike blue battery from Walmart.com thank you very much and yes I'd highly recommend you.

Battery as described, shipping took much longer than anticipated

Amazing for the price Works great with my electric dirtbike. I get about 7-8miles or 45 mins. Definitely worth it! And will buy more!
