I am happy to give this battery an excellent review for one reason. The customer service was excellent! The battery I received actually had a bad cell so I contacted the company and they worked with me and quickly remedied the issue by sending me a new battery. I haven't had time to test this new battery (its way too cold out) but have every confidence that this company stands by its products.

I have been using this battery for almost 2 months. It replaced 3 12v AGM batteries...it is much lighter...fits perfectly and makes the scooter ride better. Don't have to charge it as often as the 3 12v batteries. The wiring was simple and the charger seems good too ‼️

Nice replacement battery for Jetson e-bike!

The original Jetson battery was only 6AH and this new battery has 10AH so lasting longer. A bit larger (and heavier) than original battery so a bit of a tight fit but no problem. Also had to swap in the old battery connector but not too difficult.
