Needs to take better care in how they ship out delicate items.

Glasses were as described and listed. The product is well built: sturdy and realistic for 1/6 scale doll styling. Rises the doll’s appearance to a level of elegant. Design and attention to detail is easily recognizable, when handling these glasses and highly recommend this vendor. They kept me informed of shipping changes, ( item arrived sooner) and pricing was fair market. You do wait a little longer than other companies, because this is coming out of the country, but you will not be disappointed. The packaging to protect the glasses was top notch. Care was taken and I feel valued.

bad customer service didn't receive the product. I waited three weeks to ask for a refund

Return info was very bad, packing was very very bad!! went to walmart after being told to returnit there, they wouldn't return, because they didn't send correct info, I ordered a acrylic display case which is plastic they sent it in a BAG!! really, what dummy thinks that it wouldn't get broken. Sad,Sad if i could give a( 0 ) would.I

bad seller email response is non existent. i want to return the item, but there's no communication from the seller. i would like to give zero stars, but thats not an option

I had no issues receiving this trumpet and they didnt say it was able to depress the buttons.

I wanted to return this product but it was rejected.

not for a vehicle driven on any road, tonka toy is more appropriate
