I’m am very happy with this seller. It was sent in a large envelope. I heard the postal person clunk it down at my door and my heart sank as I thought my teapot was doomed. I opened the large envelope and the teapot was in a box. Tightly sealed in its wrapping. I was so happy because I surely thought it would be broken. It is so beautiful and I am very happy with this item as well as the price of it. Thanks so much!
