Wal-Mart run around. BEWARE OF THE WAL-MART SCAM.... I purchased a band saw through Wal-Mart.com I received the item and took two days to assemble it only to find out the motor was bad. I called Wal-Mart and they told me they would reach out to the vendor and they would respond to me in 48 hours and if they didn't I would get a refund. after 72 hours NOTHING!! I then called the vender myself and they sent me a new motor that was also bad, frozen up.. I called walmart again and they said I'd get a refund so they sent it to the review dept. and have to wait 10 working days for a refund. after 16 days I call again because I didn't get my refund. Walmart said the company now denied it. we are now at 28day of bull %23%23%23%23. The walmart lady said dispute it with my credit card so now thats what I'm doing. Wal-Mart is really screwed up. BEWARE purchasing from Wal-Mart.com.
