First off i ordered a king sized mattress and got a queen size mattress. It said it would be delivered on 12/04/2025 but instead it was 5 days late and got her 12/09/2025. Lastly i got a dark gray mattress not the white one i ordered..

this is the worst bed ever. I bought this bed for my guest bedroom my guest room. It have ridges in it like somebody else slept in it. They sold it to me? It was damaged. I had no way of sending it back.. I lost money you live and you learn. I do not recommend this product to anyone!

The seller was ok. but no i had to call over three people to return the product as it was not as described. The staff on the phone said the box is not needed and take it to the store. when brought to customer care , they insisted that the box is need even though the the message with bar code says you will pack it if box is not with us. staff not supportive at all.
