This seller cannot be bothered to ship items in original packaging. They would much rather use pallet shrink wrap. and then when the item they send is not what it's supposed to be they ask for original packaging and there is none. I would not buy from them again.

I will update this review if issue is corrected. I ordered a whole home filter labeled as new in box. Upon receiving product box was taped back up. Opening box nothing was in the packing material like a new product would come, So obviously a returned or resold item. Missing multiple parts that are needed to use product. I have contacted seller and hopefully Missing parts will be sent my way soon.
