what hate about the order they should gave heads up when my item will be coming a day earlier it could have been stolen maybe next time the system will do better

I really dislike the companys willingness to help.

My experience with the brand is that it works very well. Some things are rock solid. Some things lack features. My only complaint: most tool companies say they go on the job sites and ask people the people using the tool what they want to see, how do they do that with the home owner. I wish they had a sounding board where people can chime in with the things they would like to see. Other then that most tools are fine or over powered for people's needs. And prices are reasonable.

i loved the jacket it keeps me warm the only thing wrong is the battery is way to big even in the back pocket the battery needs to be alot more smaller so it dont get in the way of the other tools on your belt

Fits perfectly. Keeps your chest and back toasty warm. Battery is lightweight.

The time it takes waiting on the phone for someone to answer is not acceptable.

I used to love HART tools but the last three items I’ve purchased have all broken within 30 days and are all completely non functioning and useless and I haven’t been able to get the items warrantied or replaced.

I haven’t even been able to try it because it came with a dead battery and won’t charge
