Wow! This is a great jacket . I highly recommend this product. It works well, and it includes battery and all you need to charge it etc. There is also a 3-year guarantee on the electronic parts, as well as a one-year guarantee on the coat itself. The jacket looks great and fits very well. You have room to move so you can work in it. I returned a jacket that cost almost three times as much as this jacket because it had a faulty component when I received it. I also found out that a lot of the heated jackets do not include the battery or the charger for it. So I had low expectations. But this product far far exceeded my expectations. Simply put, this jacket is a great value for the money.

It's Getn HOT In Here!

These jackets are great all around jacket for any weather because you can adjust the heat to match the temperature. They are made very well and fit perfectly. The sizes are equal to other clothing sizes so you can rest assured it'll fit when you get it. The zippers are all so easy and smooth so zipping up even with your hands full is a breeze! It does have a few cons though they're not to big of an issue. The 1st is the lack of extra pockets. It has the normal zip up hand pockets on each side and a cell phone or “pack n lighter” pocket on upper left chest. But that's all and I like extra pockets like a pencil pouch on upper sleeve, an inside pocket, and a glasses pocket on upper right chest. I just think with the price and it's a work type jacket then it should have the accessories pockets. 2nd issue is the weight of the battery power pack. They use same batteries as the HART power tools so they're lil large, even though it does come with a smaller 20volt battery it's still lil on heavy side. There are cheaper china jackets that use small portable batteries and are much lighter but, they're only 7volts and this HART jacket doe put out warmer heat than those other ones. But I need the warmth so I can handle gaining an extra pound. Well this is about a thorough review as I could think of, so hopefully it'll help you decide.

The outer shell is light so while great for wearing by itself on daily wear my recommendation for truly work use is to wear it under a true Carhartt or berne work coat so the outer layer takes the workplace abuse
