I went to the order to start a return and it says it is not returnable. A big disappointment..... Just be aware that you cannot return it if if doesn't fit. A very expensive lesson .

Yes it’s a heated jacket idk if I got a dud or defective one cause mine will only get hot for like 1 minute then cool back down for 5 or 10 minutes then randomly will get harm ago I feel like it doesn’t really keep you heated like it supposed to or advertised as like I said idk if my just defective I ordered it online only way to get my size I don’t want to go thru the headache or returning it or exchanging it or I would 100 percent and if I exchanged it and it still did the same thing I’d honestly return it and just spend the same amount on a carhart

Very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. This is actually the 3rd one we bought as we liked the jacket so much

Great product.. works great on carpets and hard floors, stands upright and well balanced…. Highly recommend.. Great Value… i had a Dyson.. this is just as good if not better… at a fraction of the cost…
