My experience is 5 stars. I got basically a brand new phone(restored premium) for my Girlfriend from this seller and it’s exactly like I got her a new one. The battery was< 10% depleted after a day of use. I couldn’t find a single scratch or imperfection on it. She’s happy, and I’m happy to pay half the price than I paid for mine at Best Buy. My package came from Texas so I had it in 2 days quick. I’m not sure if this seller is nationwide or has branches elsewhere, but they do use a Delaware company address as a brick and mortar I guess. It’s like a virtual office for lots of companies. Maybe the seller is using some kind of firewall to hide who they really are. So my recommendation to the seller is to be more transparent about who you really are. I almost didn’t buy because it felt shady when trying to look you up first. Anyways, DirectAuth is my go to used phone dealer from now on. For you people thinking you should have a pristine phone when it’s listed as “restored good” please step back into reality. Or, if you find yourself so dumb you can’t unlock a carrier locked phone by just calling the carrier then I suggest you keep paying full price for your phones and 3 year contracts to pay them off. As for me, I’ll pay half price for cash and enjoy my cheap phone bill.

Needs to make sure your products are fully functional before selling couldn't add or log into apple account said the phone has had too many account added to it something apple cannot fix

Charging port didn’t work and the battery life was worse than my iPhone 12. Wont be purchasing a refurbished iPhone again.

Please change the product photo, it is very confusing. To make the purchase, I was expecting the Galaxy S23 Ultra because it is the one in the photo. Please change it, it is very misleading.

Iphone was not in the condition described on the webpage. And the i tried to contact the seller they offered a $15 compensation on the phone or return for refund and did not take into account that this was my only phone option and if i returned this i would have no phone. With the importance of a phone in today's world! Also like $15 on a almost $700 dollar purchase is like a joke and for me such a big amount it no joke. So please if you are the seller I would like my deserved compensation as I understand it is refurbished but that doesn't mean the it should come with major not "minor" cosmetic damages and the battery cycles is literally equivalent to being heavily used for 2 years of an iphone 787 cycles on the battery health like sorry but that is not the quality i expected nor the service i expected. And Walmart wasn't willing to help either now I am stuck with I don't even know how long this phone can actually last me 1 year at least hopefully before it starts slowing down!
