Seller has been communicating, but the tires were the wrong size and did not fit my car as the website said it would, the return process is not straightforward

Returned product and seller haven’t refunded my money.

Gigatire sold me 4 year old tires and did not rectify the issue. Stating that 4 year old tires were within "industry standards". Don't buy from them.

Tires shipped the same day as ordered, tracking number was sent immediately. Correct tires arrived in three days. Great price, no problems.

These tires went from $538.xx to $554.to $653. In a short time matter like 2-3 days I feel this was sort of a scam to get top price out of them and very unfair I don’t think I’ll be purchasing any more from Gigs tire again.

Shipped 3 tires to the store, the last one was delayed, possibly because of the weather and as a result the store sent the other tires back because of the 10 day hold limit without contacting me. Better communication and a tracking number for customer orders would be helpful.

All of them didn’t come in. I had to go somewhere else to get tires

Product did not come as advertised. I purchased studded tires. I did not receive studded tires. When dealing with walmart to rectifying the purchase, they were of zero help. I’ll never use their online purchasing app again.

The order came in a timely manner and all the tires reached us which often doesn't happen when we order from others. Thanks!
