Bang for the buck you can't beat Arroyo tires. The other tires in the 21in size were double the price. So far really happy holding up well with just over 7k miles. Works very well in heavy Florida rain.

So far, so good. I am in Florida, so no true winter use. An all season is perfect for our weather. Have not experienced them in the wet yet, but I am confident in them feeling them thus far. I have noticed a little road noise, but far less than my old tires. In this size, some noise is to be absolutely expected. Wear rating will have to wait to be verified, but again happy with my purchase so far. Thoroughly surprised at their quality at this price. Will definitely consider Arroyo tires for future installs.
