Listing on site misleading. Product advertised as being able to connect to WiFi and having a touchscreen, it has neither. Also advertised as having 16GB internal memory, the manual says only 1GB. Furthermore, product arrived with no branding what so ever, not even in the manual. Only provides a model number. Searched online using the model number from manual and brand shown in the product information in the website. Could not find anything remotely close to the item advertised and received. No brand, parent company, nothing. Site also advertised customer service, but how if you don’t even know he made the product and the manual has no product info, nor customer service/contact info. What would I do if it was defective or needs repairs??? Will definitely be returning this item.
