There was no problem with the shipping .Over all this is a good product It's sturdy and holds a large amount of fluid and fits in the car's cup holder . Easy to handle and no fluid spills out if it falls on the floor. The straw did get bent from use so I just reversed it and used it bent side down. I did have to buy additional plastic straws for future use . I would order another one for myself or as a gift .

pretty much spill proof if you screw it on tight. Perfect for coffee or water, with two different -closable- ways to drink.
