This is the best thing in a material item that has ever happened to me.

unsatisfactory. pior communication. hard time trying to return the scooter and difficulty getting a refund

poor customer service in dealing with my return of the scooter and lack of help with the process involved. they didnt even provide their hours of operation to fix the problem and are in different time zones

1. It has lights. 2. It has a horn. 3. Need a key to make it move. 4. Goes up my steep handicap ramp with no problems. 5. Easy to disassemble to transport. One thing to watch out for there is a push pin to adjust the seat height. You won't see it with the battery installed. I wish they would make the basket bigger.

Arrived quickly and nice product however damaged corner on box by shipping and have a rear wheel silver plastic hubcap broken.

Get someone to put it together for you so you don’t have to take it apart 10 times to make the pieces fit . Directions are crap

I purchased the treadmill; it worked well a couple of times; and then the motor began hesitating. I initiated a return through Walmart 27 days after the treadmill was delivered. The vendor refused to take the treadmill back and refund my money, responding that "the treadmill has expired the return period;" and gave no alternative resolution. The Walmart ad for this product clearly states "Free 30-day returns." But Walmart customer service informed me they would defer to the vendor's 15-day policy, this case was closed, and no further action would be taken by Walmart to resolve the issue.

Well constructed and really simple to operate locking mechanism. Shipping was very quick,packing was adequate
